Kadazo LLC

Effective date: August 6, 2026 Last updated: August 6, 2026

1. Introduction

Kadazo LLC ("Kadazo," "we," "us," or "our") builds mobile and web applications including Cardazo, Make the Call, Schedule Pro360, and Zuuster (each an "App," and together with kadazo.com, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to all of our Services unless a specific App displays its own separate policy.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect Information you give us

  • Account information. Name, email address, and password when you create an account. Depending on the App, we may also collect a phone number, professional role (for example, real estate agent, sports official), licensing or certification details, and organization name.
  • Content you enter. Information you type into an App in order to use it. This varies by product:
    • Cardazo: vehicle details, dealer quotes, pricing, and financing terms you choose to enter for analysis.
    • Make the Call: quiz responses, study progress, and performance history.
    • Schedule Pro360: property addresses, appointment details, and the names, email addresses, and availability of parties you invite to schedule with.
    • Zuuster: saved searches, saved properties, search criteria, and messages you send through the platform.
  • Communications. Messages you send us by email, through a contact form, or through in-app support.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data. Device type, operating system and version, app version, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, time zone, crash reports, and diagnostic logs.
  • Usage analytics. Screens viewed, features used, session length, and similar interaction data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic. See Section 8 for your choices.

Information from third parties

  • Sign-in providers. If you sign in using Apple, Google, or a similar service, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us. We do not receive your password.
  • Property data (Zuuster). Zuuster displays property information sourced from multiple listing services, public records, and licensed data providers. This information concerns properties, not you.
  • Third parties who invite you. If someone schedules an appointment with you through Schedule Pro360, we receive your name, email address, and availability from them.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or full financial account numbers. We are not a lender and do not process credit applications. Any figures you enter into Cardazo are your own inputs used for calculation — we do not pull your credit or verify your financial information with any third party.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Create and manage your account and authenticate you
  • Perform the calculations, comparisons, scheduling, and search functions the Apps exist to perform
  • Send transactional messages such as appointment invitations, confirmations, property alerts, password resets, and service notices
  • Respond to support requests
  • Understand how the Services are used so we can fix problems and improve features
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not use your personal information to train machine learning models that are made available to other users or third parties.

Marketing

We may send you occasional emails about new features or products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We will still send you transactional messages necessary to operate your account.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described here.

  • Service providers. We use third parties to host, operate, and support the Services. These include cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, analytics providers, and crash-reporting providers. They may process your information only on our instructions and only to provide services to us.
  • Other users you interact with. Some Apps are collaborative by design. In Schedule Pro360, the parties you invite to an appointment will see the appointment details and the identity of the other invitees. In Zuuster, a message you send to an agent is delivered to that agent.
  • Apple. When you download or test an App through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple collects information under its own privacy policy. We receive aggregate, non-identifying performance and download data from Apple.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kadazo, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If Kadazo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on the following categories of third-party providers, each of which maintains its own privacy policy:

  • Cloud hosting and database infrastructure
  • Transactional email delivery
  • Application analytics and crash reporting
  • Authentication and sign-in providers

Our websites and Apps may contain links to third-party sites, including dealer websites, inspection company websites, and property listing pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any site we do not operate.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within [30/60/90] days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials, and access controls limiting who at Kadazo can view user data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Services at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your Choices

  • Access and correction. You can view and update most account information directly in the App. For anything you cannot change yourself, contact us.
  • Deletion. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing privacy@kadazo.com or using the in-app account deletion option where available.
  • Marketing emails. Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
  • Push notifications. Turn these off in your device settings at any time.
  • Cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Some features of our website may not work correctly if you do.
  • Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because no common standard for them has been adopted.

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined by California law
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To exercise these rights, email privacy@kadazo.com. We will verify your request by confirming control of the email address associated with your account, and we may ask for additional information if we cannot verify you that way. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

California Shine the Light. California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

10. Children's Privacy
