Kadazo LLC ("Kadazo," "we," "us," or "our") builds mobile and web applications including Cardazo, Make the Call, Schedule Pro360, and Zuuster (each an "App," and together with kadazo.com, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to all of our Services unless a specific App displays its own separate policy.
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or full financial account numbers. We are not a lender and do not process credit applications. Any figures you enter into Cardazo are your own inputs used for calculation — we do not pull your credit or verify your financial information with any third party.

We may send you occasional emails about new features or products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We will still send you transactional messages necessary to operate your account.

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

Our websites and Apps may contain links to third-party sites, including dealer websites, inspection company websites, and property listing pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any site we do not operate.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within [30/60/90] days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials, and access controls limiting who at Kadazo can view user data.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Services at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:
To exercise these rights, email privacy@kadazo.com. We will verify your request by confirming control of the email address associated with your account, and we may ask for additional information if we cannot verify you that way. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
California Shine the Light. California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@kadazo.com and we will delete it.
Make the Call may be used by high school student officials. If you are between 13 and 18, please use the Services only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or supervising official.
Zuuster and Schedule Pro360 relate to real estate transactions. Property information displayed in Zuuster is drawn from multiple listing services and public records and is subject to the terms of those sources. It is provided for consumer information only and may not reflect current market conditions.
Kadazo LLC and its affiliated licensees comply with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We do not use personal characteristics protected under fair housing law to filter, target, or restrict the property information shown to you.

The Services are intended for users in the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
