Kadazo LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Kadazo LLC, a California limited liability company ("Kadazo," "we," "us," or "our").
They govern your use of kadazo.com and our applications, including Cardazo, Make the Call, Schedule Pro360, and Zuuster (each an "App," and together the "Services").
By creating an account, downloading an App, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
Please read Section 12 (Disclaimer of Warranties), Section 13 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 17 (Dispute Resolution) carefully. They limit our liability and affect how disputes between us are resolved.
Kadazo builds software tools. Each App serves a different purpose:
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time. Some Apps are offered in beta or pre-release form through TestFlight or similar programs and may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services and at least 18 years old to enter into a binding contract on your own behalf. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, brokerage, association, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. Notify us promptly at support@kadazo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of this section.
The Services are currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or tiers in the future. We will give you notice before charging you anything, and you will always have the opportunity to decline.
If we introduce purchases made through an App on iOS, those transactions are processed by Apple under Apple's terms, and Apple's refund policies will apply.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the names Kadazo, Cardazo, Make the Call, Schedule Pro360, and Zuuster, are owned by Kadazo LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely as necessary to operate and improve the Services. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in routine backups or where retention is required by law.
Names of sports governing bodies, rulebooks, automobile manufacturers, dealerships, and multiple listing services are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in the Services is for identification and reference only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
These disclaimers are important. Read the ones that apply to the Apps you use.
Cardazo is an informational and educational calculation tool. It is not financial, lending, tax, or legal advice, and Kadazo is not a lender, broker, dealer, or financial advisor.
Results depend entirely on the information you enter. We do not verify dealer quotes, interest rates, fees, incentives, vehicle values, or any other input. Outputs are estimates and may differ from the terms any dealer or lender actually offers you. Kadazo makes no guarantee that you will save money, obtain any particular price or rate, or achieve any particular outcome in a vehicle purchase.
You are solely responsible for any purchase or financing decision you make. Review all contract documents carefully and consult a qualified professional before signing anything.
Make the Call is a study and practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFHS, NCAA, any state athletic association, any professional league, or any other sports governing body.
Practice questions, scenarios, and explanations represent our interpretation of published rules for training purposes. They are not official rulings and do not supersede the current official rulebook, case book, or the interpretations of your governing body or assigning authority. Rules change between seasons and vary by level and jurisdiction.
Use of Make the Call does not confer, guarantee, or substitute for any certification, licensure, rating, or assignment. Always defer to your official rulebook and your association's interpreters.
Schedule Pro360 helps parties find mutually available times. It does not guarantee that any party will attend, that any appointment will occur, or that any inspection, showing, or service will be performed.
We are not a party to any agreement between you and an inspector, agent, buyer, seller, or service provider. We do not vet, endorse, license-verify, or insure any third party you schedule with. Confirming attendance and verifying credentials is your responsibility.
When you invite someone to an appointment, you represent that you have a legitimate business reason to contact them and that you are complying with applicable communications and privacy laws.
Property information in Zuuster is compiled from multiple listing services, public records, and third-party data providers. It may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and it should be independently verified before you rely on it. Listing status, price, square footage, lot size, tax data, school assignments, and availability change frequently.
Nothing in Zuuster constitutes an offer, a representation about the condition or value of a property, or a guarantee that a property is available. Use of Zuuster does not by itself create an agency relationship, a brokerage relationship, or a fiduciary duty between you and Kadazo or any licensee.
Zuuster's AI assistant produces automated responses that may contain errors. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a licensed real estate professional, attorney, lender, inspector, or appraiser.
Kadazo complies with the federal Fair Housing Act and California fair housing law.
Real estate brokerage services are provided by Zuuster, California DRE License #01727452. Equal Housing Opportunity.
The Services may link to or integrate with websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, practices, or availability, and linking does not imply endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
Apps distributed through TestFlight or otherwise identified as beta are provided for evaluation. They may contain bugs, may lose data, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Do not rely on beta software for any time-sensitive or business-critical purpose. Feedback you provide about beta software may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the Services. On termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. Sections 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 survive termination.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KADAZO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KADAZO LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kadazo LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These additional terms apply to any App you obtain through the Apple App Store or TestFlight:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Subject to Section 17, you and Kadazo agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@kadazo.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Small claims. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [JAMS/AAA] under its consumer arbitration rules, in Riverside County, California. You and Kadazo each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Arbitration is final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.]
Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Kadazo regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Changes. We may modify these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
